This wine is made with grapes from two plots of the estate, Popoli & Capestrano. 100% Trebbiano, hand-picked. Spontaneous fermentation, they use indigenous yeasts for this wine (all their wine actually). Then 6 months of maturation in steel tanks.

Refreshing wine with a beautiful straw yellow color with golden hues. In the nose you notice mainly fruit, with lemon, lime zest, grapefruit, melon, peach and green apple. Light spicy notes, but also a salty edge. Medium body with a medium long finish.
