Payments:

The payment of your order can be done in different ways. By bank transfer, credit card and our payment partners. Of course we prefer a direct transfer to the account number of Summum Wijn!

You will always receive an invoice for your order, regardless of whether you are a private or professional customer.

Shipments:

Our deliveries are provided by Vinologix, a company specialized in the transport of wines and beers throughout Europe. For larger orders we work together with Charlier in Overijse.

Home delivery costs 15 euros VAT incl. and is possible from 1 bottle. As soon as you order wine for more than 300 euros, the shipping costs are waived.

DPD delivers all parcels CO2-neutral, good for the environment!

Your bottles will be packed in a premium cardboard box that will protect them perfectly.

A shipment is insured up to 520 euros via DPD.

Return Policy:

Our wine is stored and shipped in perfect conditions, which minimizes the chance of bad wine or accidents. However, it can sometimes happen that something breaks during transport or an order is not delivered completely correctly.

Acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale
When he/she/x confirms an order via our webshop, he/she/x accepts by operation of law the complete, present general terms and conditions of sale. This agreement is subject to Belgian law. Only the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction.

Entering an order
The information provided by the buyer when entering the order is binding for him: in case of errors in the address details of the recipient, the seller cannot be held liable for the impossibility to deliver the ordered products. Orders only become final when they have been paid for by the buyer. All our offers are valid while stocks last and cannot give rise to a sales obligation.

Delivery and receipt
The wines are delivered in cardboard boxes of 6 or 12 bottles, delivered at once to the same address in Belgium or collected at Summum Wijn. Free delivery for orders from 300€ (wine), for smaller orders we charge €15 per address. Summum Wijn undertakes to do everything in its power to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible.

Delivery will be made within the specified period by handing over the product directly to the specified recipient or, in the event of his/her absence, by a notification of availability.

Any delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel his purchase, refuse the goods or claim damages. Cases of force majeure that release the seller from his delivery obligation: war, riot, fire, strike, accidents and impossibility of supplies.

The goods always travel at the risk and responsibility of the recipient. Always check your package upon arrival. You have a period of 24 hours to register any reservations in case of missing goods or damage.

Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros. The price indicated on the product specifications is exclusive of transport costs. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price.

Payment
The payment of the products is always net and cash, or via our partner PayPal and must be done in advance. An invoice is drawn up by Summum Wijn and sent to the customer's email address. The wines remain the property of Summum Wijn until the invoices have been paid in full. Invoices expire 7 days after the invoice date. In the event of late payment, 10% of the total invoice amount will be charged.

Disputes
Complaints or disputes are always carefully investigated. Good faith is always assumed by the person who takes the trouble to explain his situation.
In case of disputes, the customer is requested to preferably contact the company for an amicable settlement. If not, only the Commercial Court of Antwerp is competent, regardless of the accepted place of delivery and the method of payment.
