With this wine the winemaker resolutely opts for a smooth style. Hand picking, spontaneous fermentation and maturation for six months in steel tanks. No wood maturation!

Intense ruby ​​red with purple hues. Very fruit forward, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, ripe cherries and plum. Liquorice, spices and rose petals. Medium body with a nice long finish. Tannins are present, but very soft because of the maturation in steel tanks.
