Stefano Amerighi is a pioneer in his field, who was declared crazy when he bought vineyards in southeastern Tuscany to plant Syrah there. Many years later, his experiment turned out to be a great success. Amerighi's wine is loved by connoisseurs and a nice change from all the Sangiovese dominance.

This biodynamically produced wine has a beautiful light salmon pink color and smells of small red fruits, such as raspberry, cherry, and strawberry. Light to medium-bodied, with red fruit, liquorice, and some floral notes on the palate. Slightly noticeable tannins, medium finish. With its balance and complexity, this is an ideal wine for salads, but also white meat and poultry. Or as an aperitif, of course.
