The Blanc de Blanc 2023 is a refined, mineral Sekt made purely from white Burgundy varieties. The nose offers delicate aromas of citrus, green apple, white blossom and a hint of brioche.

On the palate, it is crisp, fresh and precise, with a fine effervescence, subtle creaminess and a wonderfully dry, saline finish. The wine combines immediate drinkability with serious structure and excels both as an aperitif and at the table.

Vinification.
The grapes are organically grown and hand-harvested. The base wine ferments cool in stainless steel, with a small portion aged in larger wooden barrels to add extra texture and complexity. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the traditional method. The wine ages for over 18 months on the lees sur lattes, resulting in a creamy mousse and subtle bread and brioche notes. After disgorgement, only minimal dosage (Brut) is added, ensuring that the fresh acidity and minerality remain beautifully balanced.

The Estate.
Since its establishment, Andres & Mugler has focused exclusively on high-quality Sekt. They work with carefully selected plots in the Mittelhaardt, where calcareous and sandy soils provide energy and tension in the base wines.
Sustainable and organic viticulture, manual harvesting, traditional bottle fermentation and long lees aging are at the core of their philosophy. The Blanc de Blanc is their elegant, white interpretation of the classic "blanc de blancs": refined, mineral, and focused on precision rather than power.
