White CNDP is often forgotten, but is one of the most beautiful white wines that the south of France produces. This specific wine matures for 60% in large oak barrels and for 40% in stainless steel & clay amphorae. By combining these three methods you get a wine with a very pleasant character.
Rich and complex, with tropical fruit notes and a long finish. Lime zest, ripe pear, white peach and apricot. Pineapple and mango notes. White fruit blossom, vanilla & brioche. For those who like a strong white wine.
