Pale yellow colour with green hues. Nose of young peach, apricot, green apple, ginger and white fruit blossoms. Grand in scope, broad-shouldered wine with a creamy mouthfeel and sufficient acidity to provide balance. Powerful, medium body and long finish. Could still do with a few years in the cellar though.

Decant at least two hours in advance.
