The grapes for this wine are picked and sorted by hand. Before being processed, the grapes are first cooled for 24 hours at 4°C. Maturation takes place for 8 months in Austrian foudres of 5000 liters.

Deep red wine with purple hues. Fruity nose with plums, cherries, wild strawberries and dried herbs. Medium to full body, with soft tannins and a medium long finish. In the mouth you recognize black cherries, rosehip, cloves and hints of leather.
