The grapes for this wine are picked and sorted by hand. Before being processed, the grapes are first cooled for 24 hours at 4°C. Fermentation occurs spontaneously and with wild yeast in concrete vats. The wine matures in the same vats, on the yeast, for 5 months.

Medium golden yellow wine. Pleasant nose with lemon, pear, apricot, tropical fruit, melon and white blossom. Medium body, fresh acids and hints of white stone fruit, mango and pear. Medium long finish.
