Not to be compared with a rosé from the south of France. This wine is a more powerful example that lends itself mainly to food pairing. Complex, juicy and downright interesting. Incidentally, is made as if it were a white wine, almost without skin maceration.

Medium salmon pink with orange hues. Strawberry, raspberry, red berries. Crisp and concentrated fruit. Some grapefruit, a little bit of liquorice. Generous wine with nice acidity and a long finish.
