Flagship of Fontodi. The Flaccianello with the iconic label is a wine that has earned its reputation and has always been at the top of the Tuscan wine scene in recent decades. This is one of the very first "Super Tuscans" and therefore does not easily fall under the DOCG label of Chianti.

Beautiful ruby ​​red color. Aromas of cherries, plums, vanilla, tobacco and leather. Medium body, nice round tannins, juicy fruit complemented by earthy flavors of tobacco & leather, vanilla and an endless finish. This is one of the very best wines in my range.
