Far & Son - Gentle Thai

Very light yellow/green color with a nice mousse. Light, with a focus on the flavors of ginger and pear. This sparkling drink is made with Thai basil, ginger and red grapes.

Super refreshing, so great as an aperitif on warm days. (or cold) Goes well with lighter fish dishes, shellfish, but also sushi and scallops. Serve chilled.
