Golden yellow color with a beautiful mousse. Fermented alternative to Champagne, dry with a focus on citrus notes. The main elements in this sparkling drink are lemongrass, Kefir lime and five selected (and undisclosed) herbs.

Delicious as an aperitif, but also with oriental cuisine, seafood and cheese. Serve chilled in a champagne glass.
