The Bourgogne Blanc 2023 from Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is a refined, energetic Chardonnay that beautifully reflects the precision and purity of this iconic domain. The grapes come from carefully selected plots in, among others, Meursault, Puligny-, and Chassagne-Montrachet, where chalky soils provide tension and minerality.

The wine is fermented with natural yeasts and ages for approximately 14 months in used 350-liter oak barrels. It is neither fined nor filtered, and bâtonnage is avoided – all with the aim of preserving the pure expression of the terroir.

On the nose, it displays aromas of citrus, ripe pear, and white peach, with subtle notes of almond and chalk. On the palate, it is crisp and vibrant, with fine acidity, juicy fruit tones, and an elegant, mineral length.
