Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey's 2023 Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc is a vibrant, mineral Chardonnay that beautifully reflects the cool, higher-altitude terroir of the region. The grapes come from limestone-rich slopes west of the Côte de Beaune, where longer ripening leads to refined acidity and pure fruit expression.

The wine is fermented with natural yeasts and aged for approximately 14 months in used oak barrels, without bâtonnage and without fining or filtering. This method emphasizes the freshness and precision for which the domain is renowned.

On the nose, it displays aromas of lime, green apple, and white flowers, complemented by subtle notes of hazelnut and wet stone. On the palate, it is crisp and energetic, with lively acidity, juicy fruit, and a clean, mineral finish.
