Domaine Fredavelle is an organically certified winery located west of Aix-en-Provence. They produce various small-batch cuvées, always aiming to represent the spirit of the land. This rosé is no exception, limited to 1100 bottles in 2022 and aged for 6 months in oak and on its lees. 

Bright pink color, already leaning towards smoked salmon. The nose clearly reveals oak, complemented by notes of red fruit - strawberry, raspberry, and cherry. On the palate, you find a medium-bodied wine with fresh, juicy fruit and a smokiness derived from the oak aging. Slightly noticeable tannins and a medium finish. This wine is very easy to drink and pairs well with many dishes. A must-have with chicken satay and similar BBQ dishes!
