Dédicace 2022 is a concentrated and expressive Lirac Rouge with a warm, southern profile and remarkable balance. On the nose, aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and plum, complemented by garrigue, licorice, bay leaf, and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, the wine is full and round, with ripe fruit, firm yet soft tannins, and sufficient freshness to carry the rich whole. The finish is long and spicy, with dark fruit and Mediterranean herbs that linger.

Vinification.
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. After temperature-controlled fermentation, a maceration follows, aiming for deep color and structure without harshness. The aging typically takes place for about 12 to 14 months in a combination of large wooden vats and used oak barrels, followed by several months of bottle aging to polish the tannins and integrate the spiciness.

Domaine Coudoulis is a small-scale producer in Lirac that focuses on classic Rhône blends with modern precision. There is a strong commitment to environmentally conscious vineyard management, with much manual labor, low yields, and attention to biodiversity and soil health. In the cellar, the approach remains deliberately low-intervention, so that fruit, spiciness, and terroir remain central.
