This "Lieu-Dit" in Sancerre produces for Riffault a beautiful & light lemon yellow wine. The maturation takes place for 8 months for 80% in stainless steel barrels and for 20% in oak.

You get a wine with aromas of lemon & lime, green apple, pear, grapefruit, pineapple, fleece blossom & some wet grass. You also recognize all of these in the taste, albeit very subtly. To round off, you will also find a bit of honey in the wine. Long aftertaste where the citrus has the upper hand.
