Meursault 1er Cru “Le Porusot” 2022 shows an intense expression with aromas of ripe citrus, white peach, almond, and subtle spiciness. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with a deep core of fruit, fresh acidity, and a long, layered finish where power and finesse meet.
Vinification.
The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels with a limited proportion of new wood. The wine ages in barrels for approximately 12 to 14 months, followed by bottle aging to refine its texture and aromatic complexity.
The domain.
Le Porusot is one of Meursault's most distinctive premiers crus and is managed with great precision at Bouchard. The domain is strongly committed to sustainable viticulture, focusing on soil life, biodiversity, and reducing ecological impact.
