The Beaune du Château Blanc 2022 is an elegant and harmonious Chardonnay, composed of carefully selected parcels around Beaune. The nose reveals notes of citrus, white apple, pear and subtle blossom, complemented by a light almond touch. On the palate, the wine is fresh and refined, with a beautiful balance between ripe fruit, soft texture and a lively acidity. The finish is clean, mineral and precise.

Vinification.
The grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, with a limited proportion of new wood to preserve finesse. The wine ages for approximately 10 to 12 months in barrel, followed by bottle aging to promote harmony and integration.
