100% Pinot Noir from small plots classified as "Village". The grapes are picked and selected by hand in the vineyard, not on the sorting table. Very intensive method. The wine matures for 18 months in oak barrels, of which 25% in new barrels.

Medium ruby ​​red. Nose of wild strawberries, raspberries and red currants. Earthy notes of forest floor and mushroom. Toasted herbs, vanilla & toast. Medium long finish. Present but nicely integrated tannins.
