This rosé is one without too much fuss. Light pink in color, with a nose of strawberry, raspberry, pineapple, and blossoms. Medium body, medium length finish. Refreshing, flavors of ripe red fruit, light tropical notes, and a gentle spiciness. 

Super delicious with roast chicken with plenty of Provencal herbs. Also good with salmon, scampi, and summer salads. Or as usual as an aperitif. Drink well chilled, do not store for more than 2 years.
