Albert Mann, like many other domains in the region, also makes sparkling wine. Usually these grapes come from the somewhat flatter plots, but at Mann they use grapes from different plots within the domain.

You can hardly compare this sparkling wine with Champagne, but the production method is very similar. You may recognize white fruit blossoms, acacia & lime. In addition, light fruit notes, in the mouth mainly peach. Fine bubbles and beautifully pronounced acids. The limited presence of residual sugars ensure an elegant, thirst-quenching whole!
