The grapes for this wine come from a vineyard at 900m altitude with old vines and very poor soil. This results in low yields and concentrated fruit. 14 months wood aging in Allier wine barrels.

Deep ruby ​​red with purple rim. Ripe black fruit, with cherries and blackberries. Vanilla, cinnamon and coconut. Light woody touch. Medium to full body with soft tannins and a nice long finish.
