Ambijus - Clearly Confused

Lightly sparkling, reminiscent of a cider. The inspiration for this drink was drawn from the Norwegian forests, resulting in fresh, fruity and sour flavours with an undertone of spruce needles.

The main elements that give Clearly Confused its flavour are fresh apples from Hardanger (famous from the fjord), juniper, elderflower, angelica and of course fermented pine needles.

Delicious as an aperitif, but also a versatile accompaniment to roasted vegetables, cheeses, mushrooms and savoury snacks. Serve chilled.
