Ambijus - Act Naturally

Yellow-orange colour, based on kombuch. Inspired by the Norwegian coast, with fruity, sour and somewhat tropical flavours with sea salt in the aftertaste.

The main elements in this white version are fermented tea (Oolong), thorn wood, gooseberry, elderflower, Hardanger apples and sea salt from Møre (west coast of Norway).

Goes well with savoury and salty snacks, but also with chicken and seafood. Serve chilled.
